Workbench is one of the most important block in the game, which allows the player to craft more Items, Tools, and Armor than through normal crafting in the Inventory. Workbench is obtained by crafting only in the Inventory.
Workbench can be mined with hand or any other tool, but mining it with an Axe is the fastest.
Clicking on Workbench will open more varied selection of Items, Tools, Blocks and Armor to craft, which is unactive in the Inventory. It is one of the most important Blocks in the game as starting Tools cannot be created without it.
Items left in the Workbench spaces will be added to the Inventory storage slots and will not fall out.
Note: if you have easy access to Wood, remember that you can always make new Workbench from a single block of Wood.
